In the last video of the #SleeptoPerform series I’ll go over 9 different tips that you can use to improve the duration and quality of your sleep.
Often times we think about getting more sleep but if you are truly looking to unlock the power of sleep then it is important to focus on improving sleep duration AND quality. As we get older we get less deep sleep so using tips like sleeping in a cool room (Tip #7) to encourage your body to stay in deep sleep is a good example of a strategy aimed at improving sleep quality (not just duration).

Have a routine
Avoid alcohol
Make your room dark
Disconnect early
Relax with magnesium
Avoid stimulants
Stay cool
Have a great bed
